Zuujit Beta Tester HTC TyTN Giveaway

Open to U.S. residents ages 18 and over

* HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, visit the Zuujit sign up page and download Zuujit Mobile software onto your mobile phone. Then try any and all aspects of the software reporting whatever bugs you find. Report each bug through our bug report page and each report becomes a separate entry. You can enter as many different bugs as you like (for as many entries as you like). Any repeated bugs will be ignored as an entry. Zuujit is not responsible for their failure to receive any reports due to transmission failures, technical malfunctions and/or other conditions beyond its reasonable control.
* ELIGIBILITY:
You must be eighteen or over to enter and win, and a legal resident of, and currently living in the United States.
* LIMITATION ON LIABILITY:
By entering this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree to release the Sponsors and Administrators, and their employees, officers, agents and directors (the Sponsors and Administrators, and such others, collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this drawing and/or use or acceptance of any prize.
* GENERAL CONDITIONS:
This Giveaway is void where prohibited. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile phone related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Giveaway. The Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet/e-mail computer entries.
* WINNER SELECTION:
The prize winner will be selected on or about November 17, 2007 through a random drawing of all eligible entries received. All drawings will be held at the Zuujit LLC office. All drawings will be conducted by Zuujit, whose decisions and interpretations of these Official Rules shall apply and be final and binding.
* Winners will be notified by e-mail. If a winner does not respond and/or meet the requirements within seven (7) business days of attempted contact, Zuujit reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from the names of all entries that did not win a prize. In order to receive a prize, winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a publicity release, and may also be required to provide additional information (which may include, but not be limited to, social security or other tax information), waivers and releases. Winners will have one week to provide all such information and to execute and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and publicity release (if required by Zuujit). These documents will, among other things, release the Released Parties from any claims, losses, injuries or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Giveaway or the use or receipt of any prizes, and allow the use of the winner’s name and likeness. Failure to comply with the foregoing, or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, may cause the winner to forfeit their prize and Zuujit reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
* ADVERTISING: Except where prohibited by law or regulation, winner’s acceptance of prize will constitute permission for Zuujit and the other Released Parties to use winner’s name, likeness, and statements for any purpose in reference to the Giveaway and this promotion without additional compensation, consideration or consent.
* PRIZES: One Grand Prize, consisting of an unlocked HTC TyTN smartphone. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $800.
