Zuujit Mobile sends your information via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to secure servers so that all the information you provide is encrypted and would appear as gibberish to anything other than our servers.
What other security features does Zuujit Mobile have?
There is an added level of security when you use Zuujit Mobile: because you register for Zuujit with your mobile phone, your buyers have an extra level of security that you are, in fact, who you say you are.
What happens if someone calls while I'm in mid-Zuujit?
Your listing will wait while you answer the call and then you can return to it once your call ends.
If I lose my phone do I lose my information?
No. Your account information is stored on our secure servers. As long as you remember your ID and password, you will be able to access your information.
Do I need mobile data service to use Zuujit Mobile?
Zuujit Mobile works wherever there is a WiFi connection (provided you have a phone that supports WiFi, of course). To use it where there is no WiFi, you will need a wireless data service on your mobile phone.
We recommend that you have a wireless data service from your mobile service provider so that you may Zuujit from anywhere you may be.
How do I know if my phone has WiFi?
You will see the Wifi icon on your screen. If you don't see a WiFi icon, then check your phone manual to see if you do have WiFi.
What kind of mobile data service plan do I need?
Zuujit Mobile will work with even the most basic data service.
How do I know if I have mobile data service?
To tell if you have data service, go into Internet Explorer and try to access a website on your device.
What do I need to know before I order mobile data service?
It will be helpful to have an idea of how much wireless data you intend to use and how quickly you would like to download content. Mobile applications like Zuujit Mobile, email, web browsing, stock quotes, for example, as well as MP3 tunes, wallpaper and ring tones all use wireless data. It will probably be less expensive for you to purchase a larger data plan and work your way down based upon your actual usage.
If I have a wireless data plan and cannot get Zuujit Mobile to work, what should I do?
If you have wireless data enabled for your cellular phone plan and you are unable to connect with Zuujit Mobile, please contact us so we can fix it.
Do I have to be an eBay member for my listing to post on eBay?
Yes, and you must be registered as an eBay Seller (your eBay Buyer account is separate). When you sign up for Zuujit Mobile, we will ask you to log into your eBay account to complete registration. If you don't have one, Zuujit will link you to eBay's Seller sign-up page. If you can't wait until then, you can sign up right now by clicking here: eBay registration.
Do you have advice on how to be successful at selling on eBay?
Absolutely! Zuujit was founded by auction experts, and we're happy to share tips we've picked up along the way. We've imbedded helpful hints all through the application. Look at our Best Auction Practices section and, of course, keep an eye on our blog.
How does Zuujit Mobile work?
Zuujit Mobile gives you a simple way to quickly step through the process of creating an eBay listing. Zuujit Mobile intelligently takes what you've entered and helps you by filling out other fields. For instance, if you are selling a laptop, Zuujit will bring up a list of ranked categories relating to laptop computers. If you are selling a book, it brings up book categories. It fills out fields for you, which you can always change when you want to!
The steps can be as simple or as detailed as you want them to be! You can specify the information in each field as you go, or you can set up defaults that automatically fill each field for you.
Do I have to enter a lot of text?
Not unless you want to. One of the cool things about Zuujit Mobile is that we will auto-generate a description for you based on the stuff you enter about your item. You can always modify or add to that description as much as you want.
What if I don't want to shorten the listing process?
It is all in your hands, you can go through each listing step for every auction; or shorten the process down to as few as five listing steps. Just go to "Settings" on your mobile phone and make it your own.
How do I add photos?
When it is time to place a photo in your listing, Zuujit Mobile will ask if you want to browse and look for an existing photo or take a new one with your camera phone. If you decide to take a new photo, Zuujit Mobile will remember your place in the listing process and bring you back when you select the Zuujit Mobile icon from your menu.
What about videos?
You can add videos to Zuujit Mobile (and thus your eBay listing), either by selecting an existing file or by recording a new video. Just remember, that video files are LARGE, and depending on your mobile network speed, may take a few minutes to upload to our servers.
When will there be a version of Zuujit for the web?
Zuujit Web is in the works. We will be letting you know when you can access your account information and list from both the web and your mobile phone.
